How we work

We don't sell hours.
We sell systems that stay running.

Every engagement follows the same arc: understand your business, build the fix into your stack, and stay on retainer to keep it working. You get modernization without hiring a tech team, we stay on the hook for the results.

SYS 01 · The arc

From first meeting to running system.

  1. Meet & map the pain

A scoping conversation, free, for firms serious about engaging. We walk your workflows and documents and find where the hours actually go.

  2. Plan, in writing

What gets automated, what gets integrated, where AI fits your stack, what it costs, and how long it takes. A real number, scoped to your business.

  3. Build & integrate

Working systems wired into the tools you already pay for, QuickBooks, practice management, CRMs, templates. Proven on your live work, not a demo environment.

  4. Maintain, monthly

Systems rot without an owner. A monthly maintenance engagement keeps yours running, improving, and finding the next fix, that's the relationship, not a handoff.

What you're paying for

  • The build, scoped and quoted up front, no surprises
  • The monthly, maintenance, improvements, and a team that already knows your stack
  • Products, if they fit, subscription-based with tiers, dropped into the same plan
why no price list

Because a real quote requires looking at your volume and your systems, and anything else is a guess. We don't guess, ask, and you'll get a scoped number.

SYS 02 · Products in the plan

When we already built the answer.

Sometimes the plan calls for custom work. Sometimes we reach into our pocket: B.1ONIC for time capture in a law firm, Luserne for takeoffs in a construction shop. For most construction firms, honestly, the product is the plan. Products come as subscriptions with tiers, and because we built them, integration isn't a project, it's a setting.

Consulting finds the problem.
Products mean we've solved it before.

And when neither fits, we say so in the room. An honest “we're not your answer” costs us a deal and saves our name.

Bring us the
bottleneck.

One conversation. Real documents. An honest read on fit, and a scoped number if there is one.
